WHAT IS THE CABIN CREW?

The cabin crew is entrusted with ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers in the aircraft cabin, covering the space from the cockpit door to the galley. While they are not responsible for external aircraft operations, their role inside the cabin is critical. From managing in-flight services to handling unexpected situations, they are the first responders during emergencies and are trained to operate exit doors when needed. Though specific responsibilities may vary between airlines, the essence of their duty remains the same — safeguarding lives and delivering a safe, pleasant journey for every passenger.
